TRANSIT INFORMATION

Shuttle bus from Zurich Airport and back

All reserved shuttle bus spaces are now attributed and participants have received a confirmation email.

Meeting point is just outside Arrival 2 at the exit of customs (see image). An assistant will be waiting for you holding a sign with the congress logo. He/she will give you a voucher and tell you exactly where the bus will pick you up.
We will check for delayed flights. Buses can wait up to 10 Min. Past this time, you will be transferred to the following shuttle. Participants that have booked the last shuttle of the day will receive per email specific information on how to proceed in case of long delays.

The shuttle bus will stop at Davos Dorf train station, the Congress Centre and Davos Platz train station. All these stops are served by the public bus network of Davos. At the train stations taxis are available. Some hotels offer pickup at the train station. Check directly with your hotel.

The bus travels along lake Zurich, lake Walensee and then via the Prättigau Valley to Davos.
Travel time is about 2.5 hours

There is train station right within Zurich Airport. Take a train to Zurich Main Station (about 10-15 Min).
From Zurich Main Station, there is a connection to Davos every half an hour with a travel time of 2:20 hours. You have to change train in Landquart. There are two train stations in Davos: Davos Dorf and Davos Platz, both with local bus services (see map below).
You can buy discounted tickets in advance (Supersaver). However, they are only valid for the connection indicated on the ticket.
With regular tickets you can use any connection during the day of validity of the ticket.

All hotel guest receive the Davos Premium Card, which includes free bus travel on the Davos Bus network (zones 400 and 401). There are two bus stops on either side of the Congress Center (Stops Kongresszentrum/Hallenbad and Hertistrasse).
